Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
For most households, monthly cleaning is enough to stay ahead of odors and buildup. If you have multiple bins or a large household, more frequent service makes sense. Quarterly is a good option if you want occasional maintenance without a monthly commitment.
Do I need to be home when you clean my bins?
Nope. Just leave your bins at the curb on your scheduled service day and we'll handle the rest. We clean them on-site and return them to where you left them.
What if my bins aren't out when you arrive?
We can only clean bins that are accessible at the curb during your scheduled window. If we miss you, reach out and we'll work out a solution. Consistent curb placement on your service day keeps things running smoothly.
What do you use to clean the bins?
We use high-pressure cleaning to break down grime, residue, and the buildup that causes odors. We'll follow up with deodorizing to leave your bins fresh.
Do you take away the dirty water or runoff?
Yes. We contain and remove wastewater. We don't just rinse and leave a mess in your driveway.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Grand Valley and Western Slope including Glenwood Springs, Rifle, Silt, Parachute, Battlement Mesa, Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, Carbondale, Basalt, and Aspen. Not sure if you're in our range? Call or email and we'll confirm.
What happens if it's raining or snowing on my service day?
We work in most weather conditions. If conditions are severe enough to affect service, we'll contact you to reschedule as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Get in touch with us directly by phone or email and we'll make adjustments. No runaround.
What's the Founding Member Special?
The first 50 customers who sign up get $19.88/month with their second bin free for a full year. Once we reach 50 founding members, the offer closes. It won't come back.
